加强西药药房管理及减少药患纠纷的对策探究

摘　　要：目的分析强化西药药房管理应用于医院内药房管理中的效果,探究减少药患纠纷的策略。方法该次实验的主要研究对象为该院2018年7月—2019年4月间西药药房内药物应用的70例患者,分为对照组与实验组,各35例。两组患者分别实施常规服务管理(对照组)和强化西药药房管理(实验组),记录用药满意度以及药患纠纷事件发生率,评价组间差异。结果实验组患者的药患纠纷发生率为8.57%(3/35),低于对照组的31.43%(11/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P=0.017);实验组患者的药物应用满意度为94.29%,优于对照组患者的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040)。结论强化西药药房管理在西药药房药学服务中能够有助于降低药患纠纷事件的发生率,有助于提高药房管理质量。Objective To analyze the effects of strengthening the management of western medicine rooms in the management of pharmacies in hospitals,and to explore strategies to reduce drug-patient disputes.Methods The main research objects of this experiment were 70 patients who used drugs in western medicine pharmacies in the hospital from July 2018 to April 2019,which were the control group and the experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups of patients implemented routine service management(control group)and strengthened western medicine pharmacy management(experimental group),recorded medication satisfaction and the incidence of drug-patient disputes,and evaluated differences between the groups.Results The incidence of drug-patient disputes in the experimental group was 8.57%(3/35),which was lower than 31.43%(11/35)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P=0.017).The results of this study show that the drug application satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.29%,which was better than the control group’s 77.14%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040).Conclusion Strengthening the management of western medicine pharmacies can help reduce the incidence of drug-patient disputes and improve the management quality of pharmacies.
