摘　　要：目的分析柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合125I放射性粒子植入术治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛中的应用效果。方法入组本院2017年1月—2019年11月收治的中晚期肺癌骨转移患者共40例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例,对照组采用125I放射性粒子植入方法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用柴胡龙牡汤加减,统计治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后患者生活质量、睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁情绪均优于对照组,P<0.05。两组的生存期和死亡率、实体瘤疗效、不良反应比较则不存在明显差异P>0.05。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合125I放射性粒子植入术治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛的方案和单一125I放射性粒子植入方法在实本瘤上的疗效和改善癌痛以及不良反应相当,但联合治疗在生存质量、改善患者的焦抑郁、改善睡眠质量上明显优于单一125I放射性粒子植入方法。Objective To analyze the effect of Chaihu Longmu Decoction combined with 125I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of bone metastatic pain of lung cancer.Methods Forty patients with bone metastasis of middle and advanced lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The observation group was treated with Chaihu Longmu Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group,and the therapeutic effect was counted.Results After treatment,the quality of life,sleep quality,anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival time,mortality,curative effect and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Chaihu Longmu Decoction combined with 125I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of bone metastatic pain of lung cancer is similar to that of single 125I radioactive seed implantation in real tumor,but the combination therapy is superior to single 125I radioactive seed implantation in terms of quality of life,depression and sleep quality.
