组合式外固定器应用于复杂四肢骨折治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析研讨在复杂四肢骨折治疗期间应用组合式外固定器治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月在本院接受治疗的复杂四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,与研究内容符合的患者有100例,将患者按照治疗措施分为例数均等的对照组和观察组,对照组给予钢板内固定进行治疗,观察组患者应用组合式外固定器进行治疗,进行两组患者复杂四肢骨折治疗效果的对比分析(并发症发生率、骨折愈合情况、生活质量)。结果和对照组患者相比较,观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显较低,数据对比差异明显(P<0.05);对比两组患者骨折愈合情况,观察组患者总愈合率明显高于对照组,且观察组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);对比两组患者生活质量评分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在复杂四肢骨折治疗中应用组合式外固定器对促进复杂四肢骨折愈合具有积极意义,能够有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of combined external fixation during the treatment of complex limb fractures.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,patients with complex limb fractures who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.There were 100 patients consistent with the research content.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with equal number of cases according to the treatment measures.The control group was treated with steel plate internal fixation,the observation group was treated with combined external fixators,and the comparative analysis of the treatment effect of complicated limb fractures between two groups of patients(complication rate,fracture healing,quality of life).Results Compared with the patients in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group,and the data comparison was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the fracture healing of the two groups,the total healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The fracture healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference in data was significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of life scores of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined external fixators in the treatment of complex limb fractures has positive significance for promoting the healing of complex limb fractures,can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
