腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗急性复杂性胆囊炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨急性复杂性胆囊炎采用腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗的效果。方法选取80例急性复杂性胆囊炎患者,均为2017年6月—2020年2月期间收治,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=40)治疗方式为传统开腹胆囊切除术,观察组(n=40)治疗方式为腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术,分析手术时间、术中出血量、腹腔引流量、首次排便时间、住院时间、下床活动时间、抗生素使用时间、术后不同时间段疼痛评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、腹腔引流量、首次排便时间、住院时间、下床活动时间、抗生素使用时间、术后不同时间段疼痛评分及并发症发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对急性复杂性胆囊炎采用腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗效果较好,手术时间较短,可促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute complex cholecystitis.Methods Eighty patients with acute complex cholecystitis were selected from June 2017 to February 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with traditional open gallbladder Resection,the observation group(n=40)was treated by laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,abdominal drainage,first bowel movement time,hospitalization time,time to get out of bed,antibiotic use time,postoperative pain scores and complication rates at different time periods were analyzed.Results The observation group’s operation time,intraoperative blood loss,abdominal drainage,first bowel movement time,hospitalization time,out of bed activity time,antibiotic use time,postoperative pain scores and complication rates were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy for acute complicated cholecystitis has a better treatment effect and shorter operation time,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
