艾司洛尔+胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨艾司洛尔+胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的意义。方法随机将我院2018年10月—2019年10月收治的70例老年室性心律失常患者分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予胺碘酮,观察组在对照组基础上给予艾司洛尔。比较两组总有效率、血压等指标。结果(1)治疗后,观察组总有效率(94.29%;33/35)显著高于对照组(74.29%;26/35),差异显著(P<0.05);(2)观察组LVEF(左室射血分数,left ventricular ejection fraction),LVEDV(左室舒张末容量,left ventricular end diastolic volume)、LVESV(左室收缩末容量,left ventricular end systolic volume)、SBP(收缩压,systolic pressure)、DBP(舒张压,diastolic pressure)分别为(49.1±4.6)%、(91.8±17.3)mL、(59.1±9.8)mL、(112.0±8.7)mmHg、(76.8±5.2)mmHg;对照组分别为(34.2±4.1)%、(126.7±15.8)mL、(83.5±7.4)mL、(137.6±11.5)mmHg、(98.7±6.0)mmHg;两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论艾司洛尔+胺碘酮可有效治疗老年室性心律失常。Objective To explore the significance of esmolol+amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Randomly divided 70 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was given amiodarone,and the observation group was given esmolol on the basis of the control group.Compare the total effective rate,blood pressure and other indicators of the two groups.Results(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.29%;33/35)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.29%;26/35),with significant difference(P<0.05);(2)Observation group LVEF,LVEDV,LVESV,SBP(systolic pressure),DBP(diastolic pressure)were(49.1±4.6)%,(91.8±17.3)mL,(59.1±9.8)mL,(112.0±8.7)mmHg,(76.8±5.2)mmHg;the control group was(34.2±4.1)%,(126.7±15.8)mL,(83.5±7.4)mL,(137.6±11.5)mmHg,(98.7±6.0)mmHg;the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esmolol plus amiodarone can effectively treat elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmias.
