摘　　要：目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合子宫缝合术对子宫收缩乏力性出血的效果分析。方法将2019年3月—2020年3月在我院产科治疗的60例剖宫产后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者随机分为两组,对照组常规使用宫体注射及静脉滴注缩宫素、子宫按摩、宫体注射卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合子宫缝合术治疗,对比两组的止血疗效、术中及术后出血情况、子宫切除率及产褥期感染发生率。结果观察组止血有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、术后24 h血红蛋白下降值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组子宫切除率及产褥期感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合子宫缝合术对子宫收缩乏力性出血的效果显著,止血率高,术中及术后出血量少,并发症发生率低,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of carprostetine tromethamine combined with uterine suture on uterine contractile fatigue bleeding.Methods Sixty patients with uterine contraction and fatigue bleeding after cesarean section from March 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group routinely used intrauterine injection and intravenous infusion of oxytocin,Uterine massage,intrauterine injection of proprostamine and tromethamine,on this basis,the observation group combined with uterine suture treatment,comparing the hemostatic efficacy,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,hysterectomy rate and puerperal infection Incidence rate.Results The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss,24 h postoperative blood loss,the valuses of 24 h postoperative hemoglobin decline of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the hysterectomy rate and puerperium infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carprostol tromethamine combined with uterine suture has significant effect on uterine contraction and fatigue bleeding,high hemostasis rate,less intraoperative and intraoperative bleeding,and low incidence of complications,which has positive clinical significance.
