摘　　要：目的探析小儿生长激素激发试验留置针堵管相关因素及护理干预效果。方法选取本院2016年1月—2018年12月接收的68例进行生长激素激发试验留置针堵塞患儿为研究对象,分析堵塞原因,实施相应的护理干预对策。结果经分析,小儿生长激素激发试验留置针堵管因素包括精神因素、体位不当及封管方法不当,占比分别是26.47%、19.12%和54.41%,其中占比最高的是封管方法不当,其次是精神因素。结论诱发小儿生长激素激发试验留置针堵管的因素有精神因素、体位不当及封管方法不当,根据相关因素开展护理对策,有助于降低留置针堵管发生率,减轻患儿疼痛,避免不必要的损伤。Objective To explore the related factors of indwelling needle blocking in growth hormone stimulation test in children and the effect of nursing intervention.Methods 68 children with blockage of indwelling needle in growth hormone stimulation test received in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The causes of blockage were analyzed and the corresponding nursing interventions were implemented.Results Through analysis,the factors of indwelling needle blocking in growth hormone stimulation test in children included mental factors,inappropriate posture and improper sealing methods,accounting for 26.47%,19.12%and 54.41%respectively.The highest proportion was improper sealing methods,followed by mental factors.Conclusion The factors inducing blockage of indwelling needle in growth hormone stimulation test in children are mental factors,inappropriate posture and improper methods of blockage.Nursing strategies based on relevant factors can help reduce the incidence of blockage of indwelling needle,alleviate the pain of children and avoid unnecessary injury.
