摘  要:为明确咪鲜胺与嘧菌酯及其混剂对禾谷镰孢菌Fusarium graminearum的毒力,用生长速率法测定了两种药剂及其5种不同配比混剂的抑菌率,计算增效系数(SR),据此评价2种药剂及其混用的联合毒力。结果表明,咪鲜胺、嘧菌酯单剂对禾谷镰孢菌F.graminearum的EC50分别为0.058 mg·L^-1、0.030 mg·L^-1。咪鲜胺与嘧菌酯以6:2、5:2、4:2、3:2、2:2等混配组合对禾谷镰孢菌F.graminearum的EC50分别是0.047、0.046、0.044、0.042、0.040 mg·L^-1;5种混配组合对禾谷镰孢菌的增效系数(SR)分别是1.76、1.84、1.90、1.54、1.25。咪鲜胺与嘧菌酯6:2、5:2、4:2、3:2配比对禾谷镰孢菌F.graminearum有增效作用,其中4:2配比增效作用最强。In order to explore the synergistic effects of Prochloraz,Azoxystrobin,and the mixture of Prochloraz and Azoxystrobin on Fusarium graminearum and to find the best mixed ratio of Prochloraz and Azoxystrobi,this study examined the inhibition rate of the two pesticides and five different mixtures of these pesticides through the mycelia growth rate method,According to coefficiency of synergism(SR)which was drawn based on Wadley method,this study evaluated the effects of the combination of Prochloraz and Azoxystrobin.It was found that The EC50 of Prochloraz and Azoxystrobin to Fusarium graminearum were 0.058 mg·L^-1 and 0.030 mg·L^-1,respectively,and both of them had extremely high indoor biological activity against Fusarium graminearum.When the two pesticides were mixed at the ratios of 2:2,3:2,4:2,5:2,6:2,the EC50 of Prochloraz,Azoxystrobin on F.graminearum in the five different ratios were respectively 0.040,0.042,0.044,0.046,and 0.047 mg·L^-1,and the SR of the five groups of mixtures were 1.25,1.54,1.90,1.84,1.76 respectively.When the mixture ratios were 3:2,4:2,5:2 and 6:2,the mixtures of Prochloraz and Azoxystrobin had synergistic effects on F.graminearum.Among the different mixtures,the mixture with the ratio of 4:2 has the strongest synergistic effect.
