摘 要:根据2011-2018年黄河三角洲19个县区的耕地数据,本文从时间和空间的维度分析了耕地变化,以及新增、减少耕地的数量、分布等方面的耕地总量动态平衡,并利用生态足迹模型对区域生态赤字/盈余现状进行评价;基于耕地"三位一体"保护的基础上,对黄河三角洲耕地数量、质量和生态的耦合协调度进行分析。结果表明,黄河三角洲耕地总体上实现了耕地数量和质量的动态平衡,但在县区尺度上仍为不平衡的状态;从生态角度看,黄河三角洲大部分县区均处于资源利用可持续状态;各县区耦合协调类型以中度耦合协调为主。针对目前研究区耕地总量动态平衡存在的问题,本文提出了高质量促进耕地发展的对策。According to the cultivated land data of 19 counties in the Yellow River Delta from 2011 to 2018,the cultivated land change situation was analyzed from the dimension of time and space,and the ecological footprint model was used to evaluate the regional ecological conditions,and the coupling coordination degree of cultivated land quantity,quality and ecology in the Yellow River Delta were analyzed.On the whole,the quantity and quality of cultivated land in the Yellow River Delta are in dynamic balance.Most counties in the Yellow River Delta are in the state of sustainable development.Moderate coupling coordination is the main type of coupling coordination among counties and districts in the Yellow River Delta.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the high-quality development of cultivated land.
