摘  要:在拉格朗日坐标系下,本文采用DPM来模拟雨滴在空气中的运动,利用控制变量法逐一分析雨滴直径、喷气的速度和入射角度对于空气吹拂式除雨效果的影响。结果表明,除雨效果由大到小的顺序为:雨滴直径、喷气的入射角度、喷气的速度。落在风挡上的雨滴数量与雨滴直径呈正相关,与喷气的入射角度以及速度呈负相关。随着雨滴直径的减小、喷气入射角度以及速度的增大,风挡上无水滴的区域也越来越大。雨滴在喷气作用下会发生破碎。采用泰勒类比模型来模拟雨滴的破碎,发现雨滴破碎后会在风挡前形成一层薄雾,考虑到飞行安全,可以适当增加喷气的温度来蒸发雾滴。The motion of raindrops in the air is a gas-liquid two-phase flow problem.In the Lagrange coordinate system,DPM was used to simulate the motion of raindrops in the air.The control variable method was used to analyze the effects of raindrop diameter,jet velocity and incident angle on the air-jet rain removal effect one by one.It is found through research that the impact of these three factors on the effect of rain removal is in descending order:raindrop diameter,jet incident angle,and jet velocity.The number of raindrops falling on the windshield is positively related to the diameter of the raindrops and negatively related to the incident angle and velocity of the jet.With the decrease of raindrop diameter,the increase of jet angle and jet velocity,the area without water droplets on the windshield is also getting larger.Raindrops will break under the action of jets.The Taylor analog model was used to simulate the breaking of raindrops.It is found that after the raindrops break,a layer of mist is formed in front of the windshield.In consideration of flight safety,the temperature of the jets can be appropriately increased to evaporate the mist.
