摘　　要：针对高速公路中分带活动护栏安全防护能力不足,提出一种较高防护等级的新型搭接式波形板活动护栏结构形式。通过计算机模拟仿真对其进行安全性能分析,并经过小型客车、大型客车和大型货车三种车型对活动护栏中部和端部两个碰撞点共计六次实车足尺碰撞试验验证,其阻挡功能、导向功能和缓冲功能等各项安全评价指标均满足标准规范的要求,防护等级达到SBm级(防护能量≥280kJ),同时该结构具备快速开启和移动的使用功能。新型搭接式波形板活动护栏的应用可有效提升高速公路中分带开口处安全防护能力,降低失控车辆和司乘人员损害,提高道路安全运营水平。In view of the insufficient safety protection capacity of highway barriers of median opening a new type of overlapping corrugated plate movable barriers with high protection level was put forward.The security performance of the system was analyzed by computer simulation and it has been verified by six full-scale impact test with real vehicle on the middle and the end of the movable guardrail of passenger car bus and single-unit truck.It was found that all the safety evaluation indexes such as containment performance redirective performance and buffering performance meet the requirements of standards and specifications and the protection level reaches SBm level protection energy≥280kJ.At the same time the structure has the function of fast opening and moving.The application of this new type of overlapping corrugated plate movable barriers can effectively improve the safety protection ability of highway barriers of median opening reduce the damage to uncontrol vehicles and drivers and passengers and improve road safety operation level.
