摘　　要：为保证中央分隔带开口活动护栏的安全防护能力,降低车辆穿越中分带开口位置的事故率,根据相关规范要求,提出新型钢管预应力索防撞活动护栏,并采用有限元仿真分析和实车足尺碰撞试验相结合的技术手段进行安全性能评价。结果表明:活动护栏经过三种车型两个碰撞点共计六次碰撞试验验证,各项安全性能指标均满足评价标准要求,防护能力达到Am级(防护能量≥160kJ),可对中分带开口位置形成有效的安全防护。In order to guarantee the safety protection ability of the movable barriers and to reduce the accident rate of vehicles crossing the median strip opening a new type of crashworthy movable barrier with pretension strand in steel tube was developed according to relevant standards.And the safety performance was evaluated by means of the finite element simulation analysis and the full-scale vehicle impact test.The results showed that the new barrier has been tested six times at two impact points with three types of vehicles collision and the safety performance indexes of the new barrier can reach the requirements of the evaluation standard and the protection ability can meet the requirements of Am level with the protection energy over 160kJ.The new barrier can effectively protect the median strip opening of the highway.
