电力机车司机甘油三酯升高与血压升高相关性调查

摘　　要：为了解甘油三酯升高与血压升高之间是否存在相关性及其影响,对某铁路机务段电力机车司机2013年至2019年职业体检资料进行分析。结果显示,该机务段电力机车司机甘油三脂升高与血压升高低度相关,血压升高者中血压升高与甘油三脂升高高度相关,提示高血压的防控工作应重视血压和甘油三酯2项指标,通过合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡等健康生活方式,提高机车司机身心健康水平。In order to know whether there is correlation and influence between triglyceride and blood pressure,the occupational physical examination data of electric locomotive drivers in a railway locomotive depot from 2013 to 2019 were analyzed.The results show that the increase of triglyceride in electric locomotive drivers in this locomotive depot has a low correlation with the increase of blood pressure,and the increase of blood pressure is highly correlated to the increase of triglyceride among those with increased blood pressure.It is suggested that the prevention and control of hypertension should pay attention to the two indexes of blood pressure and triglyceride,and improve the physical and mental health of locomotive drivers through reasonable diet,moderate exercise,smoking cessation and alcohol restriction,psychological balance and other healthy lifestyles.
