摘　　要：作为电气安全措施重要内容的10kV短路接地线措施,其操作具有规范性和技术性,因此在实际施工的过程中需要严格的按照短路接地技术规范进行,不能由于操作熟练就可以忽视安全措施。接地线是电路发生故障后进行检修所挂接的一种安全防护设备,接地线的使用必须符合电力行业的操作规范,否则会产生较大的危险事故,事故威胁人身安全的几率也会增加。这也决定了科学规范的使用短路接地线,规范的挂置和使用接地线的行为才符合电气安全措施的要求。As an important part of electrical safety measures,the operation of lOkV short-circuit grounding line is normative and technical.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly follow the technical specification for short-circuit grounding in the actual construction process.Safety measures cannot be ignored due to skillful operation.Grounding wire is a kind of safety protection equipment attached to the circuit for maintenance after it breaks down.The use of grounding wire must conform to the operation specifications of the power industry,otherwise it will produce larger dangerous accidents,and the probability of accidents threatening personal safety will also increase.This also determines the scientific and standardized use of short-circuit grounding wires,and the standardized hanging and use of grounding wires can meet the requirements of electrical safety measures.
