金湾区高新技术企业融资问题研究——基于企业生命周期理论

摘　　要：高新技术企业在国民经济中发挥着重要作用。本文依据企业生命周期理论,具体分析了高新技术企业生命周期各阶段的创新特点、融资需求特点及风险特征。在理论分析的基础上,本文结合目前金湾区高新技术企业发展状况,探讨其面临的主要融资障碍,并提出了利用供应链金融、创新金融机构服务方式及优化政府补助及税收优惠等措施完善金湾区高新技术企业外部融资渠道的对策。High-tech enterprises play an important role in the national economy.Based on the enterprise life cycle theory,this paper specif ically analyzes the innovation characteristics,financing needs characteristics and risk characteristics of each stage of the high-tech enterprise life cycle.Based on the theoretical analysis,this article discusses the main financing obstacles faced by the current development situation of hightech enterprises in the Jinwan District,and proposes the use of supply chain finance,innovative financial institution service methods,and optimization of government subsidies and tax incentives.Countermeasures for external financing channels of high-tech enterprises in Jinwan District.
