摘 要:中华民族共同体意识是中华民族长期历史积淀的精华,具有民族性和时代性。了解和把握公民认同需求层次以及结构变化可为实现各族学生对中华民族共同体意识价值认同提供理论准备。公民认同需求具有独特内涵和特征,由下向上分为自我认同、族群认同、社会认同、国家认同四个梯度,各梯度间相互联系、互相支撑;公民认同需求梯度满足条件呈多元化,相互之间互补性较强。各族学生是实现“中国梦”的后备力量,铸牢中华民族共同体意识为引领各族学生实现中国梦提供坚实的思想基础,可以通过家风家教、思政课堂、校园文化、“全媒体”等途径实现各族学生对中华民族共同体意识价值认同。The consciousness of Chinese national community is the essence of long-term historical accumulation of Chinese nation which embodies national nature and contemporary quality.To understand and seize the gradation and structural change of citizens’ identification needs can provide theoretical preparation for realizing ethnic students’ value identification with the consciousness of Chinese national community.Citizens’ identification needs have unique connotations and characteristics,and these needs can be divided into four gradients from bottom up,i.e.,self-identification,ethnic group identification,social identification,and national identification.The four gradients are interconnected and interdependent,and in order to meet the demands of citizens’ identification needs,the gradient conditions are diversified and complementary.Ethnic students are backup forces for realizing the Chinese Dream,and to consolidating the consciousness of Chinese national community will provides a solid ideological foundation for guiding ethnic students to realize the Chinese Dream.It can realize ethnic students’ value identification with the consciousness of Chinese national community through family traditions and education,ideological and political classes,campus culture,and allmedia propaganda.
