摘 要:Magadiite是一种层状硅酸盐,因其具有良好的离子交换性、吸附性、层间膨胀性而被广泛应用。其优良性能为它作分子筛转晶的前驱体打下基础,这是一种高效性和高选择性的合成沸石分子筛的路径。本文以硅源、碱源和水为原料合成magadiite,之后通过离子交换得到含钒原子的V-magadiite,对其进行转晶处理,制备V-ZSM-5分子筛。随后利用XRD、IR、Uv-vis、SEM等方法对其晶相、化学组分、形貌、结构等进行了系统测试表征。本文研究新型杂原子活性中心嵌入ZSM-5分子筛晶格的设计合成,合成了新型V-ZSM-5分子筛材料,解决传统方法中的不足,更有助于人们发现新型分子筛和理解分子筛转晶。Magadiite is a kind of layered silicate,which is widely used due to its good ion exchange,adsorption and interlayer expansion properties.Its excellent properties lay the foundation for it to be used as the precursor of molecular sieve transformation,which is an efficient and highly selective way to synthesize zeolite molecular sieve.In this paper,magadiite was synthesized from silicon,alkali and water,and V-magadiite containing vanadium atom was obtained by ion exchange.V-zsm-5 molecular sieve was prepared by crystal transformation.Then,XRD,IR,UV-Vis and SEM were used to characterize the crystal phase,chemical composition,morphology and structure.The design and synthesis of new heteroatom active center embedded in ZSM-5 molecular sieve lattice were studied,and new V-ZSM-5 molecular sieve material was synthesized,which solved the shortcomings of traditional methods,and was more conducive to the discovery of new molecular sieve and understanding of molecular sieve crystal transformation.
