摘  要:由于未经改性的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶存在粘接强度、耐水性差,干燥速度慢,表面张力高等缺点,对目前有关乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶改性研究的方法和进展进行了总结。包括双丙酮丙烯酰胺改性,有机硅改性,增黏树脂改性,引入反应性乳化剂改性,多重改性。最后,从国家倡导与化工未来发展的角度探讨了乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶未来的发展道路和方向。Unmodified acrylate emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive has many shortcomings,such as poor adhesive strength,poor water resistance,slow drying speed and high surface tension.In this paper,the progress and methods of modification of acrylate emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive were summarized,including diacetone acrylamide modification,organosilicon modification,tackifying resin modification,reactive emulsifier modification,multiple modification,etc.Finally,from the perspective of national advocacy and future development of chemical industry,the future development trend and direction of acrylate emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive were discussed.
