摘　　要：海洋石油平台的特殊件是配管专业一系列特殊材料的统称,其主要包括化学注入件、软管、快速接头、国际通岸接头、真空放气阀、过球三通、Y形滤器等。上述特殊件需要根据工艺流程图和用户需求进行专门的设计、计算和选型,其供货周期较长,到货时间较晚,一般在平台施工后期,甚至于海上安装阶段。特殊件的用途"特殊",其制作标准(有些甚至是"厂标产品")与常规管件有较大差异,其外形和施工方法也与一般管件不同。特殊件因其各种"特殊性",在设计、施工、使用阶段经常出现一些困惑,本文通过简述海洋石油平台常见特殊件的用途及特点,帮助大家厘清特殊件使用过程中产生的困惑。The special parts of offshore oil platform are the general name of a series non-standard piping elements,which mainly include injection quill,hose,quick disconnection,international shore connection,air release and vacuum valve,barred tee,strainer and so on.The above elements need to be specially designed,calculated and selected according to the P&ID and user requirements.The delivery cycle of special part is longer and the delivery time is late,usually in the later stage of platform construction or even offshore installation.The purpose of special parts is"special",and their production standards(some even"factory standard products")are quite different from conventional pipe fittings,and their appearance and construction methods are also different from general pipe fittings.Due to its speciality,some mistakes often occur in the design,construction and use phase.In this paper,functions and characteristics of common special parts in the offshore oil platforms were briefly described to help clarify the confusion in the use phase.
