摘 要:以春晓茼蒿种子为试验材料,采用纸上发芽法、浸种催芽纱布发芽法、沙中发芽法等3种催芽方法开展催芽试验,探讨不同催芽方法对春晓茼蒿种子发芽的影响。结果表明:沙中发芽法结果表现最好,发芽率达到87%;浸种催芽纱布发芽法次之,平均发芽率为78%;纸上发芽法效果最差,平均发芽率只有65%,未达到合格标准。建议茼蒿催芽采用沙中发芽法,有利于提高种子发芽率,为茼蒿种子检验提供参考。With Chunxiao garland chrysanthemum seeds as the experimental materials,three different accelerating germination methods(germination test on paper,germination test of soaking seed wrapped in gauze and germination test in sand)were used to explore the effects of different accelerating germination methods on the germination of garland chrysanthemum seeds.The results showed that the germination test in sand was the best,with a germination rate of 87%;followed by the germination test of soaking seed wrapped in gauze,it had an average germination rate of 78%;the germination test on paper was the worst,with an average germination rate of 65%,which did not meet the qualifying criteria.It is suggested that germination test in sand should be applied in the accelerating germination of garland chrysanthemum seed,which can be helpful to improve the seed germination rate and provide references for seed testing of garland chrysanthemum.
