摘　　要：随着消费者对天然、绿色、无污染、具有保健功能的水果重视和喜爱程度的日益增强,三叶木通逐渐走进人们的视野,被广泛开发利用。本文从三叶木通药用价值、化学成分和深加工等3个方面对三叶木通研究进展进行了综述,并对其发展方向提出了展望,以期为其研究和应用提供参考。With the increasing attention and affection of consumers to natural,green,pollution-free and health-care fruits,Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz has gradually attracted people′s attention and been widely developed and utilized.In this paper,the research progress of the medicinal value,chemical composition and deep processing of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz were summarized,and the development direction of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz was prospected,in order to provide references for its research and application.
