摘　　要：现代社会的快节奏和高品质引起了酒店的创新和现代化,通常酒店整体设置了住宿、餐饮、通信、娱乐、文化等服务设施。而随着信息与生物识别技术的快速发展,在多领域、多场景环境下,人脸识别已然成为更自然,更直观的信息管理辅助手段,并且也已经在国家安全、证件核实、信息安全、人事考勤等许多领域都得到了广泛应用。文章以Java语言为开发语言,通过虹软开放平台所提供的ArcFace离线SDK(ArcFace-V3.5)的Java接口,对于酒店预订客户及入住客户的证件照人脸信息特征提取、采集,同时连接系统后台数据库与酒店前台客户入住时的人脸识别认证,客户经过人脸比对完成识别入住,并且在酒店停车场、游泳馆、健身房等场景结合人脸识别对客户的进出信息进行管理。本系统在Web端使用Jsp制作动态网页和MVC框架呈现系统页面及功能,同时使用Android在手机上设立了移动端,为酒店提供自助式的酒店信息管理方式,为酒店客户提供更加便捷的服务体验。The fast pace and high quality of modern society has led to the innovation and modernization of hotels.Generally,hotels have set up accommodation,catering,communication,entertainment,culture and other service facilities.With the rapid development of information and biological recognition technology,face recognition has become a more natural and intuitive information management auxiliary means in multi field and multi scene environment,and has been widely used in many fields such as national security,certificate verification,information security,personnel attendance and so on.At the same time,it extracts the customer s face recognition through the face database of arc5 Check in.And in the hotel parking lot,swimming pool,gymnasium and other scenes combined with face recognition to manage customer access information.The system uses JSP to make dynamic web pages and MVC framework to present system pages and functions on the web side.At the same time,Android is used to set up mobile terminal on mobile phone to provide self-service hotel information management mode for hotels and provide more convenient service experience for hotel customers.
