摘　　要：可视对讲系统是小区智能化系统中一个重要的组成部分,使用频率高。在系统架构设计中要求能根据实际情况保证系统的稳定性和安全性。本方案结合住宅小区楼宇分布的实际情况,合理布置点位,有效地实现物业管理中心、业主和来访者通话及远程开锁功能。Visual intercom system is an important part of intelligent cell system with high frequency.In the system architecture design,it is required to ensure the stability and security of the system according to the actual situation.This scheme combines the actual situation of the residential district building distribution,reasonably arranges the spot,effectively realizes the property management center,the owner and the visitor call and the remote unlocking function.
