摘　　要：基于学生满意度,进行了大学校区内超市评价研究。为了获取超市评价的依据,以辽宁工业大学南区浴池超市、北区浴池超市、东区浴池超市为研究对象,分析学生对超市满意度影响因素,经过超市评价指标的分层递阶体系构建,针对评价指标,设计评价基础数据调查问卷,问卷回收后对样本基础数据进行信度分析、效度分析,运用主成分分析法进行超市评价指标降维因子分析,并用SPSS软件求解,完成超市综合得分计算,分析确定影响超市学生满意度的关键因素,得到超市评价结果。提出基于货物品质、员工服务、超市环境特性、便利性的超市服务改进措施。Based on students’satisfaction,this paper studies the supermarket evaluation on university campus.In order to get the basis of supermarket evaluation,taking the three supermarkets in the South District,in the North District and in the East District of Liaoning University of Technology as the research objects,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of students’satisfaction with supermarkets,constructs the hierarchical system of supermarket evaluation indicators,designs the questionnaire of basic data for evaluation.After the questionnaire was collected,the reliability and validity of the sample basic data were analyzed.The principal component analysis method was used to analyze the dimension reduction factor of supermarket evaluation index.The comprehensive score of supermarket was calculated by SPSS software,and the key factors influencing the students’satisfaction with the supermarkets were analyzed and determined.Results of evaluation of the supermarkets were obtained.The improvement measures of supermarket service are put forward based on the quality of goods,employee service,supermarket environmental characteristics and convenience.
