奥马哈系统护理在股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨奥马哈系统护理在股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月医院收治的200例股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予奥马哈系统护理。比较两组患者临床相关指标变化情况以及生活质量。结果与对照组比较,研究组睡眠质量更好[(12.31±1.18)vs.(8.71±0.58)]、骨折愈合速度更快[(15.89±7.11)vs.(26.11±8.19)]、并发症总发生率更低(2.00%vs.45.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预30 d后,研究组社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者采用奥马哈系统护理能够促使患者的生活质量得到显著改善,且患者的症状改善明显。Objective To investigate the application of Omaha system nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture and diabetes and its effect on quality of life.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,200 patients with femoral neck fracture and diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the study group was given Omaha systematic care.The changes of clinically relevant indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had better sleep quality[(12.31±1.18)vs.(8.71±0.58)],faster fracture healing[(15.89±7.11)vs.(26.11±8.19)],and fewer complications(2.00%vs.45.00%)(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 days of intervention,the quality of life scores of social function,physical function,role function and cognitive function of the study group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omaha system nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with femoral neck fracture and diabetes,and the patient’s symptoms have improved significantly.
