全视网膜激光光凝治疗对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者眼内炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全视网膜激光光凝治疗对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者眼内炎性因子的影响。方法回顾性分析本院于2018年6月至2019年6月收治的120例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的病历资料,随机分组为对照组与研究组,每组60例,对照组使用雷珠单抗联合黄斑格栅样光凝术治疗,研究组使用全视网膜激光光凝术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、眼内炎性因子含量以及新生血管指标水平。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α含量均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Ang-2、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的疗效显著,同时可以缓解炎性反应。Objective To study the effect of pan-retinal laser photocoagulation on intraocular inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from June 2018 to June 2019 treated 120 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy,divided into control group and the study group,each group of patients with 60 cases,will use the licensed joint resistance macular grid photocoagulation treatment of the patients in the control group,with whole retinal laser photocoagulation treatment on the study group,contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients,intraocular inflammation factor content,new blood vessels index level.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The content of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Ang-2 and VEGF in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Panretinal laser photocoagulation is effective in treating patients with diabetic retinopathy and can alleviate inflammation.
