青年与中老年脑出血危险因素及主要病因比较

摘　　要：目的通过比较近年我院青年与中老年急性脑出血患者的临床资料,探讨青年人脑出血的常见病因及危险因素。方法回顾性分析在我院住院治疗的301例脑出血患者,根据年龄分为青年组和中老年组,对比患者既往病史、个人史以及临床信息等资料,分析不同年龄组的病因及危险因素特点。结果结果提示,吸烟、饮酒、脂肪肝是青年脑出血的危险因素,而高血压病史是中老年脑出血发病的危险因素。高血压是青年和中老年脑出血常见的病因,动静脉畸形也是青年脑出血的主要原因。结论改善生活方式,戒烟酒及控制血压,对预防青年脑出血十分必要。Objective To explore the common causes and risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage in young people by comparing clinical data of young and middle-aged patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital in recent years.Methods A retrospective analysis of 301 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage hospitalized in our hospital was divided into young and middle-aged groups according to age.The patients'previous medical history,personal history and clinical information were compared to analyze the etiology and risk factors features of different age groups.Results The results suggest that smoking,drinking,and fatty liver are risk factors for cerebral hemorrhage in young people,while history of hypertension is a risk factor for the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage in the elderly.Hypertension is a common cause of cerebral hemorrhage in young and middle-aged people.Arteriovenous malformations are also the main cause of cerebral hemorrhage in young people.Conclusion Improving lifestyle,quitting alcohol and controlling blood pressure are necessary to prevent cerebral hemorrhage in young people.
