异烟肼联合胸腺五肽治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨异烟肼联合胸腺五肽治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床效果。方法将本院在2017年1月至2018年1月诊治的62例复治菌阳肺结核患者纳入研究对象,对患者进行随机编号,1-62号,其中奇数号为对照组,31例,采用异烟肼治疗,偶数号为观察组,31例,采用异烟肼联合胸腺五肽治疗,对比两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗的有效率分别为93.55%和77.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不同时间,观察组患者痰菌转阴率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.90%和16.13%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对复治菌阳肺结核患者采用异烟肼联合胸腺五肽进行治疗效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of isoniazid combined with thymopentin in the treatment of recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Sixty-two patients with retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly numbered,number 1-62,with odd number as control group and 31 cases.The patients were treated with isoniazid,the even number was observed group,and 31 cases were treated with isoniazid combined with thymopentin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 93.55%and 77.42%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At different time after treatment,the sputum negative rate of the observation group was significantly higher the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 12.90%and 16.13%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with re-treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with isoniazid combined with thymopentin is effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
