摘　　要：目的探讨FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪的复检。方法回顾性分析本院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的930份尿液标本,采用FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪检测,并将结果与显微镜检查进行对比。结果FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪检测中RBC阴性且WBC阴性且CAST阴性共800份,经显微镜检查,阳性标本为0,FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪阴性检测准确率为100%;RBC阳性或WBC阳性或CAST阳性共130份,经显微镜检查,阳性标本为125份,FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪阳性检测准确率为96.15%。结论FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪可提高检测精确度及工作效率。Objective To investigate the reexamination of FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer.Methods Nine hundred and thirty urine specimens were retrospectively analyzed from April 2018 to April 2020 in our hospital.FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer was used for detection,and the results were compared with microscope examination.Results There were 800 cases of RBC negative,WBC negative and cast negative detected by FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer.After microscopic examination,the positive sample was 0,and the negative detection accuracy rate of FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer was 100%;there were 130 cases of RBC positive,WBC positive or cast positive.After microscopic examination,there were 125 positive samples,and the positive detection accuracy rate of FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer was 96.15%.Conclusion FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer can improve the detection accuracy and efficiency,and has the value of clinical application.
