前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年2月我院收治的80例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,单药组采取前列地尔治疗,综合组采取前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、24 h尿蛋白量减少一半的时间、治疗前后24 h尿蛋白量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血钾水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果综合组治疗总有效率高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组24 h尿蛋白量减少一半的时间短于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组24 h尿蛋白量、血肌酐、尿素氮以及血钾水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,综合组24 h尿蛋白量、血肌酐、尿素氮以及血钾水平变化幅度优于单药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者的效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levothyroxine on patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods We selected 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy and proteinuria admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 and were grouped by random number table.The singledrug group was treated with alprostadil,and the comprehensive group was treated with alprostadil combined with benazepril treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,the time it took to reduce the amount of urine protein in 24 hours by half,the amount of urine protein in 24 hours before and after treatment,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood potassium levels,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the single-agent group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for the 24-hour urine protein to be reduced by half in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of 24-hour urine protein,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,and blood potassium levels(P>0.05);after treatment,the 24 hours urine protein,blood creatinine,and urea nitrogen of the comprehensive group And the change range of blood potassium level was better than that of single-drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with benazepril is effective in treating patients with diabetic nephropathy and proteinuria.
