阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高脂血症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高脂血症的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2015年2月至2016年4月医院收治的90例老年高脂血症患者分为两组。常规组给予常规饮食疗法治疗,联合组则给予常规饮食疗法联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组老年高脂血症治疗转归效果、血脂达到正常的时间、药物不良反应发生率以及治疗前后的血脂水平情况。结果联合组老年高脂血症治疗转归效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组血脂达到正常的时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组血脂水平优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组药物不良反应发生率和常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高脂血症患者的效果肯定,可缩短血脂达标时间和改善血脂水平,且无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia.Methods According to the random number table method,90 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to April 2016 were divided into two groups.The conventional group was given conventional diet therapy,and the combination group was given conventional diet therapy combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The outcome of treatment of hyperlipidemia in the elderly,the time for blood lipids to reach normal,the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and the blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment outcome of hyperlipidemia in the elderly in the combination group was better than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for blood lipids to reach normal in the combination group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood lipid level of the combination group was better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the combination group and the conventional group(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets have a positive effect on the treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia,which can shorten the blood lipid reaching standard and improve the blood lipid level without obvious adverse reactions.
