小儿反复呼吸道感染应用整体护理模式的效果及并发症影响

摘　　要：目的探究整体护理模式应用于小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果和对并发症的影响。方法本次试验对象均选自2018年1月至2019年1月在本院进行治疗的1140例反复呼吸道感染患儿,平均分成试验组(n=570)和对照组(n=570),对照组开展一般护理,试验组在此基础上开展整体护理,对比两种护理方案对患儿的影响。结果试验组和对照组在患儿家属护理满意度、患儿临床症状缓解时间、治疗依从性、并发症发生率方面对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理模式应用于小儿反复呼吸道感染,能够明显改善多种临床症状,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing model on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and its influence on complications.Methods One thousand one hundred and forty children with recurrent respiratory tract infections who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=570)and control group(n=570).The control group was given general nursing.The experimental group was given holistic nursing on this basis,and the effects of the two nursing schemes on the children were compared.Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in nursing satisfaction,remission time of clinical symptoms,treatment compliance and incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing model in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can significantly improve many clinical symptoms,prevent complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
