一贯煎联合微波热凝治疗肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨一贯煎联合微波热凝治疗肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法选择的108例肥厚性咽炎患者均是我院收治的研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月。依据实施微波热凝治疗与一贯煎治疗分为对照组54例、观察组54例,观察对比所有患者的临床总治愈率、治疗前后1个月的临床症状积分变化及并发症情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的临床症状积分无差异(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组的临床症状积分、总并发症发生率显著低于对照组,临床总治愈率显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论与单用微波热凝治疗相比,一贯煎与微波热凝联合治疗肥厚性咽炎患者的临床总治愈率显著提升,且利于降低患者临床症状积分变化及并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of yiguanjian combined with microwave thermocoagulation in the treatment of hypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods The 108 selected patients with hypertrophic pharyngitis were all the research subjects admitted to our hospital,and the time period was from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the microwave thermocoagulation treatment and yiguan decoction treatment,they were divided into 54 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the observation group.The total clinical cure rate of all patients,the changes in clinical symptom scores before and after 1 month of treatment,and complications were observed and compared.Results Results Before treatment,there was no difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after 1 month of treatment,the clinical symptom scores and total complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the clinical total cure rate was significantly higher control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microwave thermocoagulation alone,the total clinical cure rate of patients with hypertrophic pharyngitis treated by combination of yiguanjian and microwave thermocoagulation is significantly improved,and it is beneficial to reduce the changes in clinical symptom scores and the occurrence of complications.
