小儿推拿联合口服妈咪爱治疗小儿脾虚型腹泻患儿的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿联合口服妈咪爱治疗小儿脾虚型腹泻患儿的疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月大连市中心医院收治的116例脾虚型腹泻患儿纳为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各58例。对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散进行治疗,试验组患儿采取小儿推拿联合口服妈咪爱予以治疗,并对两组研究对象的治疗效果进行比较。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.55%,对照组治疗总有效率为68.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿脾虚型腹泻采用推拿结合妈咪爱口服治疗的效果显著。Objective To study the curative effect of infantile massage combined with oral Medilac-Vita in treating infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency type.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,116 children with diarrhea of spleen deficiency type admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the experimental group was treated with massage combined with oral Medilac-Vita.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,and that of the control group was 68.96%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with Medilac-Vita oral therapy for infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency is effective.
