通便合剂治疗儿童功能性便秘实热证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨了通便合剂治疗儿童功能性便秘实热证的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院儿科接受治疗的128例功能性便秘实热证患儿,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,对照组64例采取麻仁润肠丸进行治疗,观察组64例应用通便合剂进行治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.31%明显高于对照组82.81%,(P<0.05)表示差异有统计学意义,治疗14 d后,观察组排便间隔(0.91±0.16)分,大便干结(0.97±0.22)分以及排便困难积分(1.01±0.24)分明显低于对照组的(1.81±0.24)分、(1.54±0.34)分、(1.67±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通便合剂治疗儿童功能性便秘实热证的临床效果显著,可有效提高治疗效果,改善预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tongbian mixture on functional constipation and excessive heat syndrome in children.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight children with functional constipation who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Sixty-four cases in the control group were treated with maren runchang pill,and 64 cases in the observation group were treated with tongbian mixture.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.31%significantly higher than that of the control group 82.81%,(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the defecation interval,dry stool nodule and difficulty of defecation score of the observation group were(0.91±0.16)points,(0.97±0.22)points and(1.01±0.24)points lower than those of the control group(1.81±0.24),(1.54±0.34)points and(1.67±0.41)points,the difference was significant.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbian Mixture is effective in treating children with functional constipation and excessive heat syndrome,which can ef fectively improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis.
