疝气手术患者护理中应用优质护理干预的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析优质护理干预在疝气手术患者中的临床价值。方法自2017年10月至2018年10月,从我院筛选出122例疝气手术治疗的患者,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各61例。其中对照组患者仅接受一系列常规护理,而给予研究组患者优质护理干预。比较两组患者术后的生活质量,并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者术后的生活质量各项指标均显著优于对照组,各并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对疝气手术患者实施优质护理干预效果显著,能显著提高患者的生活质量,减少一系列并发症的发生,同时还能提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of high-quality nursing intervention in hernia surgery patients.Methods One hundred and twenty-two hernia surgery patients were selected in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 to conduct this study.They were divided into two groups named the control group and the research group,with 61 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the research group were given high-quality nursing intervention.After conducting nursing measures,quality of patients’life,incidence of complications and satisfaction of nursing of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Patients in the research group had better life quality than the control group.Incidence of complications of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Satisfaction of nursing of the research group was obviously higher than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention to patients with hernia surgery is effective.It can efficiently improve the quality of patients'life and reduce incidence of complications.What’s more,it can also increase satisfaction of nursing.
