摘 要:目的探讨显微镜下夹闭治疗脑动脉瘤的临床疗效及护理干预方法。方法2015年5月至2019年1月,研究对象为50例脑动脉瘤患者,根据手术方法的差异进行观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),观察组采取显微手术夹闭术进行治疗,对照组采取传统开颅手术进行治疗。比较两组患者的各项指标,并进行比较。结果①对照组与观察组患者的治疗有效率比较为88.00%vs.92.00%,观察组效果优于对照组,P<0.05。②治疗后,观察组患者的基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)水平相较于对照组患者明显更低,P<0.05;③治疗后,观察组患者的平均手术时间、术后恢复时间及术中出血量均较对照组患者显著更优,P<0.05。④两组患者的破裂率、致残率、病死率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论脑动脉瘤患者采用显微镜下夹闭术治疗,能有效提高患者治疗有效率,缩短患者手术时间及术后康复时间,减少术中出血量,疗效确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing intervention of microscopical clipping in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm.Methods From May 2015 to January 2019,the study subjects were 50 patients with cerebral aneurysms.The observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)were performed according to the difference in surgical methods,and the observation group underwent microsurgery the treatment was performed by clipping surgery,and the control group was treated by traditional craniotomy.Compare and compare the indicators of the two groups of patients.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment between the control group and the observation group was 88.00%vs.92.00%.The observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.(2)After treatment,the level of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.(3)After treatment,the average operation time,postoperative recovery time and operation time of the observation group were the amount of bleeding in the patients was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.(4)There was no significant difference in the rupture rate,disability rate,and fatality rate between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Patients with cerebral aneurysms are treated with clipping under the microscope,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of the patients,shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time of the patients,and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.The effect is definite.
