亚低温护理在重症颅脑外伤患者护理中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨亚低温护理在重症颅脑外伤患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取60例于2016年3月至2019年3月在我院治疗的无其他严重原发疾病的重症颅脑外伤患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组及观察组,各30例。观察组患者使用亚低温护理干预,对照组患者使用常规护理。比较两组的昏迷时间、病死率、并发症、颅内压变化以及护理满意度情况。结果与对照组患者比较,观察组患者的昏迷时间更短(t=12.935,P<0.001),病死率更低(χ^2=6.238,P=0.012),严重并发症发生率更低(χ^2=9.643,P=0.002),颅内压更低(P<0.05),护理满意度更高(t=6.238,P<0.001)。结论对于重症脑外伤患者,亚低温护理可显著提高患者疾病的治疗效果,降低患者的病死率,促进患者康复,改善患者的预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mild hypothermia nursing in the nursing of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods Sixty patients with severe craniocerebral trauma without other serious primary diseases who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group used mild hypothermia nursing intervention,and patients in the control group used conventional nursing.The coma time,fatality rate,complications,changes in intracranial pressure and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter coma time(t=12.935,P<0.001),a lower mortality rate(χ^2=6.238,P=0.012),and a lower incidence of serious complications(χ^2=9.643,P=0.002),lower intracranial pressure(P<0.05),higher nursing satisfaction(t=6.238,P<0.001).Conclusion For patients with severe brain injury,mild hypothermia care can significantly improve the treatment effect of the patient's disease,reduce the patient's mortality,promote the patient's recovery,and improve the patient's prognosis.
