综合护理干预方案在急诊介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者时发生心律失常的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预方案在急诊介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者时发生心律失常的效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月的72例行急诊介入治疗过程中出现心律失常的急性心肌梗死患者纳入研究对象,随机数字表方对其平均分组,分别给予综合护理干预方案(试验组)进行护理及常规护理方案(对照组)进行干预。结果护理后,试验组患者的心率水平、QT间期校正数值和QT间期离散度数值、抢救成功率均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用综合护理干预方案对急诊介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者时发生心律失常进行护理,能够改善患者心律失常症状,巩固其治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention program on arrhythmia in emergency interventional treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Seventy-two patients with acute myocardial infarction with arrhythmia during routine emergency interventional therapy from January 2017 to December 2018 were included in the study subjects.They were divided into average groups by random number table,and were given comprehensive nursing intervention program(experimental group)for nursing and routine nursing program(control group)for intervention.Results After nursing,the heart rate level,QT interval correction value,QT interval dispersion value and rescue success rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention scheme can improve the arrhythmia of patients with arrhythmia during emergency interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction and consolidate the therapeutic effect.
