中药穴位贴敷治疗肝硬化腹水的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探析中药穴位贴敷治疗肝硬化腹水的临床护理体会。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的肝硬化患者80例列为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分成对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。将单一的西医治疗方式应用于对照组,在此基础之上,融入中医穴位贴敷的治疗方式,并应用于研究组,比较两组患者在肋痛、腹胀以及黄疸3个方面的症状差异。结果研究组患者的肋痛程度、腹胀程度、黄疸程度均较对照组轻(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中药穴位贴敷在治疗肝硬化腹水方面具有一定的疗效,能够起到辅助的作用,缓解患者的肋痛、腹胀以及黄疸方面的症状,具有一定的意义价值。Objective To explore the clinical nursing experience of acupoint application of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites.Methods Eigthy patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)according to the grouping standard of random number table.On the basis of TCM treatment of jaundice,the differences of TCM acupoint application in study group and control group were compared.Results The degree of rib pain,abdominal distension,and jaundice in the study group were lighter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine has certain curative effect in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis,which can play an auxiliary role in relieving the symptoms of rib pain,abdominal distension and jaundice.It has certain significance value and is worthy of being highly praised.
