舒适护理在老年哮喘患者护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的对舒适护理在老年哮喘患者护理中的效果进行分析。方法以2018年1月至2020年1月在我院治疗老年哮喘的68例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对比组和研究组,各34例。对比组采用常规护理,研究组实施舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者护理后的生活质量评分、护理总有效率(91.18%)及护理满意度(97.06%)均高于对比组(79.41%、88.24%)(均P<0.05)。结论对老年哮喘患者应用舒适护理干预,能够显著提高患者生活质量,保障治疗效果,对提高护理有效率和护理满意度亦有积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with asthma.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,68 patients with senile asthma were admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into contrast groups and study groups,34 cases each.The contrast group used routine care,the study group used comfortable nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The quality of life score,total nursing effectiveness(91.18%)and nursing satisfaction(97.06%)of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(79.41%,88.24%)(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing intervention to elderly asthma patients can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,ensure the effect of treatment,improve the effective rate of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
