摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来,其发病率也在逐年攀升^([1])。手术治疗是目前乳腺癌手术的主要治疗手段,但术后患者的运动功能,生存质量都将受到极大的消极影响,也极有可能发生并发症,因此乳腺癌术后患者的早期功能锻炼至关重要。该文从乳腺癌早期功能锻炼的定义、过程及意义3个方面进行说明,为临床工作者提供参考。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.Surgical treatment is currently the main treatment for breast cancer surgery,but the motor function and quality of life of patients after surgery will be greatly negatively affected,and there is also a high probability of complications,therefore,early functional exercise after Breast Cancer Surgery is very important.This article explains the definition,process and significance of early functional exercise of breast cancer in order to provide references for clinical workers.
