摘  要:厂区废热资源的回收利用是提高能源利用率和节能环保的重要途径。针对当前燃气燃煤机组烟气废热和凝汽废热回收利用率较低的现状,基于吸收式热泵联合供热技术、鼓泡蒸发吸收联合喷淋换热技术等,提出一套集成的烟气废热深度回收多级利用系统,并详细说明了系统组成和方案流程。对烟气和凝水废热回收的节能计算和经济性分析表明,该系统能够对低温烟气进行深度回收、循环利用凝水废热、提高热网供热输送能力。该系统在减少能源消耗的同时,还能够降低对环境的热污染和有害物排放,具有较好的社会、经济和环保效益。It is an important way to improve energy utilization rate, energy conservation and environmental protection through the recovery and utilization of waste heat resources in the plant area. Aiming at the current low recovery and utilization rate of flue gas waste heat and condensate waste heat of gas-fired or coal-fired power plants, and based on the absorption heat pump combined heating technology, and bubbling evaporation absorption combined spray heat transfer technology, this paper proposes an integrated multi-stage utilization system of flue gas waste heat deep recovery, and the system composition and scheme flow are described in detail. The energy-saving calculation and economic analysis of flue gas and condensate waste heat recovery show that, the system can deeply recover the low-temperature flue gas, recycle the condensate waste heat, and improve the heat supply and transportation capacity of the heat supply network. And also the energy consumption, the heat pollution and harmful substances emissions to the environment are reduced, which has a good social, economic and environmental benefits.
