摘 要:农村电商在带动贫困地区转变经济发展方式,帮助贫困农民就业创业、实现增收方面成效显著,已成为各贫困地区脱贫攻坚的新引擎。当前在农村电商扶贫工作开展过程中,还面临配套设施建设滞后、农产品品牌化程度低、农村电商人才稀缺等突出问题。破解农村电商扶贫困境,各地方政府需要夯实农村电商扶贫的硬件基础,加强农产品品牌化建设,加大电商专业人才培养和引进力度以及打造“电商+旅游+农特产品”新模式。In recent years,rural e-commerce has achieved remarkable results in transforming the mode of economic development in poor areas,helping poor farmers to obtain employment and entrepreneurship,and achieving income increase,which has become a new engine for overcoming poverty in various poor ar⁃eas.However,in the process of carrying out the work of e-commerce to help the poor,the following defi⁃ciencies emerged:the lagging construction of supporting facilities,low degree brand of agricultural prod⁃ucts,and scarcity of rural e-commerce talent.To solve the dilemma of e-commerce poverty alleviation,lo⁃cal governments need to focus on strengthening the hardware foundation of e-commerce poverty allevia⁃tion,building brand of agricultural products,increascing the training and introduction of electronic busi⁃ness talents,and create a new model of“electronic business+travel+agricultural products”.
