摘  要:本文以乡村振兴战略要求出发,从乡村振兴战略与特色乡村一体化建设要求、渔业生态工程中试基地功能建设与示范效应、示范基地建设在以特色田园综合体为基础的乡村一体化建设中的溢出效应入手,就如何实施乡村振兴战略,发展现代农业,如何要在继承发扬中国传统农耕文明的基础上,融合当代先进的科学技术与装备设施,通过科研中试基地建设和渔业科技的集成和示范,着力推进具有地方特色,符合生态文明,传承中华文化的现代农业发展模式进行了分析论述。Starting from the requirement of the rural revitalization strategy, this paper discusses how to implement the strategy of rural integration of the construction requirements,functional construction and demonstration effect of pilot bases in fishery ecolog ical engineering. On the basis of characteristic rural complex, the spillover effect of demonstration base construction in rural integration construction is analyzed and discussed. How to develop modern agriculture, how to implement the rural revitalization strategy, and how to carry forward China’s traditional farming civilization. On the basis of these questions, integrating advanced science and technology and engineering equipment facilities, through the construction of scientific research pilot bases and the integration and demonstration of fishery science and technology, this paper focuses on promoting the development mode of modern agricultural with local characteristics, conforming to ecological civilization and inheriting Chinese culture.
