新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下对导师队伍建设的思考与创新

摘　　要：导师是高校立德树人的关键。目前存在部分急需专业导师队伍不足、专业学位导师规模不够、导师遴选工作未能正真落实“破五唯”要求等问题。在新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下,天津某医科大学积极响应国家防疫体系建设需求和激励关爱“最美逆行者”的号召,应对专业学位硕士扩招趋势,紧急启动了医学专业学位研究生导师遴选工作,在全国范围内率先实行新冠肺炎防控一线医护人员破格遴选导师、社会急需专业导师遴选条件倾斜等创新措施。Tutors are the key to fostering talents in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the tutor team,such as lack of a professional tutor team,insufficient professional tutors,and failure to solve the problems in the selection of tutors.During the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,a medical university in Tianjin actively responded to the need for the construction of the national epidemic prevention system and the call to encourage and care for the"most beautiful heroes in harm's way".In response to the trend of enrollment expansion of professional degree postgraduates,it urgently launched the selection of tutors for medical professional degree postgraduate,taking the lead in implementing innovative measures such as the exceptional selection of tutors for front-line medical staff in the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia,and the preferential selection of professional tutors urgently needed by the society.
