摘　　要：进入“互联网+”教育新时代,建设在线开放课程势在必行。坚持立德树人,以学生的发展为中心,将课程思政理念及国民经济管理专业的学术前沿问题引入课程,致力于激发学生的内在潜力和学习动力。在建设“国民经济管理学”这一精品在线开放课程的过程中,逐渐形成四大特色:第一,它是全国第一个同门课程的在线开放课程;第二,它是以课程思政为引领,坚持立德树人;第三,它是坚持以真实经济问题为导向,以学生发展为中心;第四,卓越高效的教学团队是精品课程的品质保证。In the new era of"Internet+"education,it is imperative to construct online open courses."National Economic Management"adheres to enhancing morality and fostering talents and takes students'development as the center.It is necessary to introduce the concept of curriculum-based ideological and political education and the academic frontier issues of national economy management into the course,so as to stimulate students'inner potential and learning motivation.In the construction of high-quality online open courses,four characteristics are gradually formed:the first online open course of"National Economic Management"in China;the guidance of curriculum-based ideological and political education based on the principle of enhancing morality and fostering talents;the orientation of real economic problems with the development of students as the center;an excellent and efficient teaching team as the quality assurance of the high-quality course.
