健康养老需求及产业发展研究——基于浙江省的调查

摘　　要：健康养老是健康中国的题中之义。随着人口老龄化加速,健康养老需求将快速增长,这对健康产业发展提出更高要求。调查发现,浙江省老年人口对健康辅助器具、健康产品、医养护一体化养老机构、休闲养老等方面需求旺盛,然而健康养老市场却不发达、不健全,致使健康养老市场供给滞后于养老需求。为此,政府应积极引导,发挥政策杠杆作用,鼓励民间资本参与健康养老产业,根据区域资源优势,形成特色各异的健康养老产业集群,从而推动健康中国和健康老龄化发展进程。Health nursing for the aged is the core of Healthy China.The acceleration of aging population leads to the fierce increase in the demand of health nursing,which proposes higher requirements for the development of health industry.According to the survey,the aged population in Zhejiang province has a strong demand for health aid devices,health products,integrated medical care and nursing institutions and leisure aged nursing,etc..However,the imperfect and underdeveloped of health nursing market makes the supply lag behind the demand.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to guide as well as play the role of policy leverage to encourage private capital to participate in the health nursing industry.Meanwhile regions should form health nursing industry clusters with different characteristics due to the regional resource advantages,so as to promote Healthy China and healthy aging population.
