摘  要:目的检测炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)及巨噬细胞抑制因子-1(MIC-1)在前列腺癌中的表达情况。方法收集54例前列腺癌组织及37例前列腺增生组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测IL-6、IL-17A、MIC-1在前列腺癌及前列腺增生组织中的表达及定位情况,并与临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果IL-6、IL-17A、MIC-1在前列腺癌组织中水平表达高于前列腺增生组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-6、IL-17A表达与前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平、Gleason评分及临床分期有关(P<0.05);MIC-1表达与Gleason评分、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论IL-6、IL-17A、MIC-1在前列腺癌组织中呈现高表达,在前列腺增生组织中呈低表达,可能参与了前列腺癌的发生、发展过程。Objective To detect the expression of IL-6,IL-17A and MIC-1 in prostate cancer.Methods 54 cases of prostate cancer tissues and 37 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were collected.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression and location of IL-6,IL-17A and MIC-1 in the tissues ofprostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the correlation with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The levels of IL-6,IL-17A and MIC-1 in prostate cancer tissues were higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of IL-6 and IL-17A was correlatedwiththe PSA level,Gleason score and theclinical stage(P<0.05).The expression of MIC-1 was related to Gleason score,the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-6,IL-17A and MIC-1 are highly expressed in prostate cancer tissues and low in prostate hyperplasia tissues,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.
