摘　　要：目的了解宁夏2013—2018年水痘突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,为制定相关防控措施提供依据。方法根据《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中《突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统》的数据资料,采用描述性流行病学方法分析宁夏2013—2018年水痘突发公共卫生事件的流行特征。结果2013—2018年宁夏共报告70起水痘突发公共卫生事件,病例数为1439例,罹患率为2.1%;发病高峰在夏季4—6月,冬季10—12月;五市水痘罹患率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=421.15,P<0.05);水痘发病年龄主要以中小学生为主,幼儿园罹患率最高,为4.10%;报告及时性和疫情持续时间呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.05)。结论各市需提高水痘监测人员及时报告疫情的意识,尤其是经济发展相对落后的地区。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of varicella public health emergencies in Ningxia from 2013 to 2018,and to provide basis for formulating relevant prevention and control measures.Methods According to the data of public health emergency management information system of China disease prevention and control information system,the epidemiological characteristics of varicella public health emergencies in Ningxia from 2013 to 2018 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 70 varicella public health emergencies were reported in Ningxia from 2013 to 2018,with 1439 cases,with an attack rate of 2.1%;the peak incidence of varicella was from April to June in summer and from October to December in winter.There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of varicella among the five cities(χ^2=421.15,P<0.05).The age of varicella onset was mainly primary and secondary school students,with the highest incidence rate of 4.1%in kindergarten.There was a positive correlation between the timeliness of reporting and the duration of the epidemic(r=0.59,P<0.05).Conclusion All cities need to improve the awareness of varicella surveillance personnel to report the epidemic situation in time,especially in areas with relatively backward economic development.
